What if we could heal ourselves
(boom...did your brain just explode)?
Have you seen the Heal Documentary? It's about the power of the mind; documenting stories from spiritual leaders, physicians, scientists and those with chronic illnesses reveal the powerful connection between the human psyche and physical health.
This is a very controversial documentary that challenges our believe system and what we have been told all our lives, that the only way we can heal is through modern man-made medicine.
Director Kelly Noonan's documentary takes us on a scientific and spiritual journey where we discover that our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions have a huge impact on our health and ability to heal. The latest science reveals that we are not victims of unchangeable genes, nor should we buy into a scary prognosis. The fact is we have more control over our health and life than we have been taught to believe. This film will empower you with a new understanding of the miraculous nature of the human body and the extraordinary healer within us all. HEAL not only taps into the brilliant mind's of leading scientists and spiritual teachers, but follows three people on actual high stakes healing journeys. Healing can be extremely complex and deeply personal, but it can also happen spontaneously in a moment. Through these inspiring and emotional stories we find out what works, what doesn't, and why. Featuring Dr. Deepak Chopra, Anita Moorjani, Marianne Williamson, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Anthony William ' Medical Medium', Dr. Bernie Siegel, Gregg Braden, Dr. Joan Borysenko, Dr. David Hamilton, Dr. Kelly Brogan, Rob Wergin, Dr. Kelly Turner, Peter Chrone, Dr Darren Weissman, and Dr Jeffrey Thompson.

My Story
Before I left my old 9-5 job I got seriously ill, I got tonsillitis 9 times in six months. I first went to the doctors and he gave me penicillin, this worked for the first or second time then it stopped working. So I went back to my doctor again, he did some blood tests and they all came back healthy. He then said to me "this is not caused by bactria, it isn't a bacterial infection that is causing your tonsillitis. It is viral and caused by stress"! I was so overwhelmed by work that I had destroyed my immune system to the point where I had no energy, I couldn't eat because my throat was swollen and I was having hot and cold sweats.
But I was dedicated to my job so the first time I started to feel better, I went back into work without fully recovering. I didn't give myself time to heal. Therefore, it kept recurring and I was in a cycle of going from illness to work.
After visiting the doctor the third time, I realised that this is deeper then my physical body condition. That I needed to look within and my mental state of mind to solves my cycle. So I decided to make several changes in my life; first I started to put my health before my job, secondly I started to use natural ingredients to boost my immune system and lastly I started to question my physical environment and if it is supporting me.
As soon as I started to make these changes, I re-covered and haven't had tonsillitis since. This then lead to me leaving my job to something that brought me fulfilment and starting the brand.
So maybe there are other ways we can heal?
We all know that pharmaceutical companies gain from our illness, they literally make money from us being ill. That said, some treatments are necessary and can be contribution to our health. Modern medicine can cure our symptoms but what if there was a alternative?
